V Tech CNC Consulting provides sub-contract engineering and consulting services using the latest CAM technology, to provide a high quality and cost-effective manufacturing process. Our engineers, led by Vincent Wills an experienced professional in the field with more than twenty years’ experience in manufacturing and programming.

At V Tech CNC Consulting, we are passionate about machining and precision engineering.

Vincent Wills started his machining career at Hubco Forgings, programming one Deckel Maho Gildemeister High-Speed CNC mill with a Heidenhain control and one Kitamura CNC Mill with a Fanuc control, the toolroom quickly grew into the biggest high-speed machine shop in Southern Africa. Moving on from Hubco Forgings Vincent Wills was approached by a CAD/CAM supplier to assist with selling, installing, training and supporting a range of CAD/CAM products that were installed in various industries, from Aerospace, Automotive, Tool and Die making, General Engineering, Hydraulics, Mining, Oil and Gas and Production Machining etc. ranging from 2 axis turning applications to 5 axis milling applications, Wire EDM, reverse engineering, and CAD Design.

Seeing a gap in the market, with a wealth of knowledge gained in the manufacturing sector, sheet metal was the next logical step. Learning various different Sheetmetal CAM systems and having been trained overseas with some of the leaders in their respective fields, with experience in CNC Punching, Profiling, Laser and Bending, 20 Years on V Tech CNC Consulting was born.
